Indulgence with corporate politics within Infrastructure team Few HR are biased with employees and doesn't comply with company standard policies of how to make them comfortable within team and doesnt judge the work environment and blindly trusts manager's reviews. Example: Probably nobody heard PIP is done within 3 weeks of time period where every week you face feedback call with HR being biased with manager and keeps him in the feedback call.
