I've learned a lot and upskilled myself in various testing strategies and scripting languages. One can explore and suggest ways to improve and deliver the product with efficiency. Team and company both are very kind and cooperative in helping and promoting our growth. Managers keep in touch with employees every month for their clarifications and discuss personal and technical growth.

Dislikes

There's not much to dislike about but if one has location constraints then Pune is their main RnD office and one more in Gurgaon.

Work culture is good. Salary is on time. Environment is good. You will get tea, coffee, and one time meal free.

The only thing you must have is good done with your Manager. If you don’t have that, then they will play politics With you While promotions. People playing their mentorship role will always be busy, hence, they won’t help you in your learning or early phase.

When I started I really liked work life balance here and WFH and even Hybrid. But many things have been changed now and we are forced to come to office daily.
