Post:
1. Executive - Billing/ Metering/ CRM
Role & responsibilities
- Support for all matters related to Regulatory, Commercial and Power purchase, and sale on day to day basis.
- Commercial analysis, regular billing data analysis, arrear analysis, consumption abnormalities etc.
- Monthly joint meter reading and preparation of monthly energy bills.
- Hands on experience on Consumer Billing
- Experience in handling Revenue Collection Reconciliation
- Verification/ validation of Consumer Meter Reading
- Consumer grievance on meter reading and metering
- Experience in preparation of Energy Reconciliation
- Preparation of Distribution loss/AT&C statement etc.
- Energy Meter Survey, New Service Connection, Load Extension/reduction, Disconnection/reconnection.
- Coordinate site visits.
- Customer Care services for electricity related issues on 24*7 basis.
Education Qualification :
BE(Electrical) with 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual
