You can learn about working environment and how to deal with situation and people as there is no one to support and give guidance.

Dislikes

Man sitting at reception Mr. Akhilesh is useless. HR team works without work ethics. Can change your agreement anytime without your consent. Your salary can be deducted any time. No one takes accountability for anything. No one cares for visitors, auditors and even guest.

Good for a fresher with zero expectations

Dislikes

Worst company culture, receptionist, unprofessional behavior. Irresponsible HR. No employment welfare policies. Monopoly and totally corrupt HR.
