In the name of Employment Agreement, they capture 3 months salary and training/employee development charges occurred on the employee. Even these trainings you will never get but you have to pay. Interaction with Management, Senior managers and Colleagues is included in employee development.

Generally I am working here for New devlopment of new products that are very critical and super critical to machine. I am handling a team of about 25 operators and 3 supervisors. I faced new challenges here day by day, but we found all the solution.
