I work here for 4 months in casualty. Over all it was a great experience. Good Hospital and good staff. Got to learn new things, got good in suturing and diagnosing the patients.

Dislikes

Overall it was a great experience but there is no work and life balance, no fix timing of duties.

Work Details

Struggling for a relaxation for a minute. Throught duty the patient load is very high... Only 3 doctors are there at a time.

Good learning opportunity for junior resident.

Dislikes

Working enviornment is not healthy. Rhereis lot of politics and favouritism. You have to beg for your own writes abd management doen't address our issues.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting but i struggled a lot in the begining as the people treat you like a slave although i learnt a lot out there. I got a chance to learn to work in odds and acessmy own potential.
