I loved to work there its a government Institute. Its a peaceful.place for work.lovers, you learnt alot with your couleagues and seniours also you involved in conferences . Its a great working and learning experience to me. Everyone helped in other work.

Its contractual period job of 4 or 6 months so you don't enjoy or learn more as per your expectations. Plus its aso some of your references or source if you have then may be you stay long there.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
