I started my career with Proxima post my MBA and that was my first offer. I still remember the way we started and grew multi-folds to be a strong team both in Chennai and Mysore in just couple of years. I was with Proxima for around 5 years. Sanjeev, who founded and is the CEO was the only trust I had when I joined the company. Fromday 1, He pulled me under his wings and nurtured me with every possible nuance and thought process that a HR professional needs. Today, I have stepped in and out with multiple MNCs and the only reason I could fly high both personally and professionally is because of the foundation that was laid by Sanjeev which I will be ever grateful for. Few key factors to work with Proxima include 1) Pay is always up-market 2) Each appraisal and the process was standard and meticulously planned and set / executed 3) Both personal and professional growth will be ensured 4) I personally in-fact was provided with spiritual and mental mentorship which helps me greatly till date 5) Taking good care of Family and spending time there is considered precious and was always practiced throughout 6) Bonding with colleagues and Management being such friendly and well knit 7) Clear space and value for new thoughts and tasks (from even a fresher) without any hesitation 8) Rewards and Recognition comes way without any set schedule once the job is done passionately 9) Wide-spread opportunities that were laid out for anyone to pick and grow 10) Survival of the fittest was always taught practically, so the targets, even though are high, as a team we have achieved consistently 11) Empathy, Helping Others to achieve, Culture, Respect, Strength and Strategy was clearly taught at each step and ensured that is displayed (specially during appraisals apart from performance) 12) We in-fact practiced and made success out of flexi-work culture way too ahead of COVID hitting us and pushing for such culture...Read More
