I joined Proxima as fresher and Proxima is very good, i have worked in Proxima for 2 years and my experience has been really good. The initial training which i received from the MD, has helped to grow myself has a recruiter.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
