Dislikes

Miscommunication, employees value & ethics. Keep on changes in top management hence project team is very tough to coordinate with corporate peoples. Compensation & promotion who are sincerely eligible, top management not identify those employees that is main draw back of the company.

Work Details

Handling all the external & internal electrical works in the residential projects independently. Drawing design issues, contractor bill verification with joint measurements, inspection scheduled visits for the LT & HT panels, transformers, pumps etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
