Job Description
Provident Housing is looking for Deputy General Manager - Technical to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Assisting the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals
- Managing and supervising various department heads and ensuring effective communication and coordination among them
- Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance metrics and taking corrective actions as needed
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Identifying and addressing issues and risks that may affect organizational performance and reputation
- Representing the organization in external forums and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
- Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to address complex business problems and drive innovation
- Developing and maintaining a positive and productive work culture that fosters employee engagement, development, and retention
- Strong leadership and management skills, to motivating and developing staff and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
