The Company is good and the environment very healthy. Team is helpful. Being product based, the company has a very good scope because of nature of its product. Good Appraisal and innovative environment.

Dislikes

Sometimes you get to work bit extra. But that's sometimes. This hampers work-life balance in those situations

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
