Good platform to learn about sales strategies of real estate.you are a asset of company only when you you give business otherwise I'll not get even salary.

Directors make fake commitments,once you give many bookings,all the cream will be digested by directors only,you will get salary only,work like robots,no fix timings of work,no weekoffs,spoonfitters will get appraisal..

Bekar company hai no data no leads we r on a post of sales manager kehte hai ki catcher banke clients pakdo sadak se please don't join upender Pandey team specially thier asst director sumit Chaudhary and vineet borralia they are the frauds they are using the leads which u r generating with ur hardwork and they convert that leads in resale with others for their own profit and u will never get a salary on joining they said first meeting u will get full salary after they give that 40% or woh bhi 50 days work karne k bad...Read More

Good work environment and culture . teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joinees.

Terrible experience. No work life balance. No job security at all. While on interview told as we wll give support no matter what but as time goes on nothing will happen the only thing you carry apart from Job pressure is the mental stress given by TL and directors.

I don't like anything about the propshop. But their TL is very humble and supportive.

Company is Good but me jis director ke under kaam karti thi he is so terrible and every month me minimum 20 to 25 employees resign de dete h because of unbearable pressure and no leave if you have a high fever or agr marne ki halt bi ho tb bi nhi and in fact they hold the salary of their employees. So that's why I also resign. Don't join the propshop specially under sajan patel.

Propshop has a dynamic environment when i joined the company i came to know that the top line in the company is intact since 11 years not even a single person has left the company since then the directors and ADs. I worked there for long 3 years and have to leave the company just because i have to relocate after my marriage. There are lot of trainings which are so regular that even if you don't like real estate you will love being in the job, sometimes over working hours when there are events but i use to love it as i earned good money in my tenure .
