I don't like anything about the propshop. But their TL is very humble and supportive.

Dislikes

Company is Good but me jis director ke under kaam karti thi he is so terrible and every month me minimum 20 to 25 employees resign de dete h because of unbearable pressure and no leave if you have a high fever or agr marne ki halt bi ho tb bi nhi and in fact they hold the salary of their employees. So that's why I also resign. Don't join the propshop specially under sajan patel.

Propshop is not good environment is not good because Hr Nidhi Roy said me before joining the company said your Timeing is 9:30am to 6pm and after joining 8:30 to 8 pm And work pressure is very very high their is only one person is good real Diwakar Shukla sir always good and nature behaviour is very very good 👍 I’m office I like only one person Diwakar Shukla

Very bad experience, worst company, they don't give off whatever the situation is, and not even give salary.

Dislikes

We have work from our money only, no money is provided by the company and even not give the salary,after doing MBA they give us worst work of catching people.

Propshop is a very unprofessional company for employees. This company not care for their employees. If you resign from this company they will not give you your full salary but also they will not give your resignation letter. It is a worst company i have ever seen.
