Poor work environment, poor appraisal system (2-5% maximum) No learning, No Growth. Chaploos qnd chattoo employees can get good increment. Lots of internal politics. worst company ever.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
