For example, if you request even a 7-day leave for your wedding, they will fire you. After securing my placement, they forced me to resign. I had even asked if my date could be rescheduled, but the company turned out to be fraudulent. They insisted that I obtain a NOC from my college and dismissed me within three days. They claim they do not grant leave—initially, they say yes, and then they backtrack and terminate you.
