Fast paced growing, one of the few bootstrapped Indian companies.

Dislikes

The culture is pathetic, specially if you work in a business domain. The company only cares about the money. No respect for individuals. Even though the owners talk about nurturing talent into leaders but on the ground, people here just want to create followers, not leaders. Favoritism is at it's peak in the org, very difficult to survive if you have self respect.

The work Culture, Senior Management, Colleagues and the overall vibe of the office is really good and you are motivated to learn and become a better person each day.

Dislikes

Every place has some basic issues which don't really matter and this place is no different in that. Issues like not finding parking space (only if you are late for work) and the coffee machine may or may not be according to your taste preferences. The way I see it, there are no major drawbacks that will make you reconsider working here.

It's good that company has it's own product which is stable. It also gets few service projects from time to time which gives some extra exposure to the team. Salary is as per market industry standards. Opportunities for learning are limited. No innovation.

Management prefers people who flatten them and management especially the CEO and CTO itself like hearing voices of the people who are already working there for few years by flattening them.. no acknowledgment for hard work and technical sound people..
