Nice to be an employee in Progressive over 6 years. I got my appraisals on yearly basis. R&R programs boosts colleges to work hard and achieve their goals. Got My promotions on said time intervals. Salary will get credited into bank accounts without any delays. proper updates from all the teams, HR and managers response is so good etc.

Dislikes

Some times the appraisals will get delayed for a quarter. Difficult to move from any projects.

You are not going to ask for appraisal otherwise you can move to other company you are free to go. Hold the appraisal upto 9 months. No bonus or even sona papadi on diwali

If you have any issue and you want to talk to HR then they will not respond, and you will try again and again but they will not respond, they have much attitude, TL and Managers will not support you on any issue, lot of issues to take leave.Company not provide bonus or any type of gift on any festival.
