Nothing at all is good in this company. Culture, leadership, HR, prospects, employee treatment, HR policies are all PATHETIC. the founders show their power and take all the decisions even peep into project matters being at senior management level. PATHETIC is not the right word, if there is something more worst consider that before joining

No Job security - they relieved me on the same day without prior intimation they could have intimate me one month before, Short term projects, Long working hours - ends up in late nights , we needs to work a lot after onsite calls which would happen on evenings, Work pressure more in almost all client projects

They are asked to resigned from employees, if employees not resigned they will black mail like not provide feedback and proper experience letters are not given. Here don't have much projects they will recruit 20-30 people per project, if project completed they will terminate

Ha Ha Ha Ha I really thinking for the past 1 year about what is good at this company. May the sword will always be on your head to through you out from the company so that eventually you will work more. Let's say 16/17 hours a day. They are really worried about your health so they will ask to work at the weekend so that you will not spoil your health at the party on the weekend. They don't want you to be stuck in traffic so they will ask you to stay late at night in the office. They really care about your career so they always ensure you focus on the work and will not have enough time for your personal problems. They also care about doctors in Bangalore, so they really ensure that you have at least monthly visits there. In WLB, L is silent. If you are frustrated with your wife, at least you should join because Photon will help you to get rid of your wife. And there are many more. The company is not employee oriented company. They just money minded.. they hire for Billing purpose only.. they has supporting projects only no new projects.. so they hire u for just 2-6 months of the project. If supports ends they allegedly tell you to put paper.. they didn't even give notice period.. no benching also.. so whatever you heard about this company that's all true..
