- on time salary - its fully depend on client based - fresher can start their career

- if you are not selected any client company, within 3 month relieved you - job security is very less - limited opportunities and most of the client they never respect you even an experience guy,they treated like a fresher guy and childish way

Worst company ever seen in my life, they hire you for clients and they will terminate you or release you whenever they want. There is no job security here.

Nothing just its a mediator between employees and contractor company

Everything is manual, Daily time sheet sharing process over email , No portal to check leave balance, everytime need to connect with HR Salary comes between 1 to 5 of month after getting approval of timesheet from client.

No job security, No IT culture such as running a factory and using 90’s thing like sending DSR and timesheet instead of any attendance software and maintaining work. you ‘ve to submit DSR (daily status report ) There is no Software for tracking task.

No Portal to facilitate any employee related things like onboarding, Attandance and leave, HR queries, Resignation. It will reduce all manual process and it is very strange that this size of company doesn't have any portal and all.
