There is nothing to like don't waste your time

There are multiple cons: 1. The CTO is non-technical, so when you face any technical issues, he won't be able to help you. 2. There is no proper planning before starting a project. 3. You're expected to complete enterprise-level applications in 1 or 2 weeks. In my career, I've worked at many different companies, but I've never seen a situation where they force you to complete a project in such a short time. 4. They don't provide any requirements; you need to figure them out by yourself. 5. You need to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well. 6. The punch-in time is fixed at 9:30, but the punch-out time is not. 7. They have the worst rules; for example, if you are 15 minutes late to the office and this happens 3 times, they will deduct one full day's salary. 8. For an unapproved holiday, 3 days' salary will be deducted, and for an uninformed holiday, 5 days' salary will be deducted. 9. Salary will be given between the 7th and 15th of every month. 10.
