And in will reuest plese do not command a person who have not any basic education of safety who's scope id nevrler about this..i wil not mention his name.but i feel too sad that a ilitrate person also commanding safety who have no exact knowledge.who know only stop work nor hoe to proceed work with mitigation the cause. Anyone can stop work and anyone can guess what is wrong but this not enough.
