The company culture is the best part for sure. The sense of equality among everyone be it the technicians to the plant manager everyone is equally respected, same dress code, love this culture.

You are made to work like donkeys with not even minimum appreciation. They just give awards at the end but the agony during project management due to micro management from immediate bosses is painful. They are not satisfied whatever you do. They themselves don't have a better way to implement. Especially in the fabric business unit. Work life balance is a myth. Pay scale is decent.

I didn't get any option for my promotion despite of my professional eligibility & experiences of working in various geographical locations in west Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & eastern UP. Neither I got my job transfer in my preferred location like west Bengal despite of several persuasion!

Company is good but the Cluster Head Arushi Chaturvedi & ZSM Satish Verma & KAM Ilyas Shaikh are bad people, they are defaulters & tell ground level people tonoay adjustments for sales target by blackmailing to remove from Company. Actually such people should be squeezed because they are not eligible for this work & bad hearted people.

It's a well disciplined MNC, plant situated at mandideep,bhopal. Majorly focused about safety & quality . Having a good working culture , and always working towards employees welfare. Feeling great to be a part of it .
