I have worked total 2.5 years without increment and I have worked in pandemic 13 hours per night/day shift for 3 Months without any basic benefit so I got lot of health issues because of 13 hours working shift I have worked only in night shift most of the time Reporting manager also not good

Working in middle management provides a holistic and fair view of what the management expects and what the employees can deliver. Good pay and great working ambience.

Dislikes

Senior management is a mess. No coordination whatsoever within themselves. Operation leaders are incompetent and the support team needs to act upon their incompetency and inefficiencies. Decision making in the company is a nightmare.
