Cutthroat environment, lack of transparency and trust, ask proof for leaves( send funeral selfie, exam hall ticket proof, marriage invitation card proof,etc) , firing without notice, no growth, no standard, weird changes everyday, shady practices and personal engagement, girl harrasment, managers have zero management skills.
