Have a skilled surroundings and work environment support of my family particularly my wife to maintain my good health. Salary is not up to the work done with respect to time spent on it. Arbitration field has more turbulence and swim across is now become very difficult to cross and balance

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
