Good for freshers to work and learn things, some team leaders are very supportive

Dislikes

The management is not proper, unlike in corporate environments. The manager practices micromanagement, and there is a lot of workplace politics. Hard work is not recognized, and there are instances where employees do not receive a salary hike for more than two years. Additionally, there are not enough toilets. Some team leaders behave like rowdies, and very negative talk happens frequently. They also sometimes offer the same salary to both freshers and experienced employees....Read More
