This needs to be heard by people. How companies behaves with the end customer is the real picture not the ads where they show the imaginary vision and mission. I applied for the job in the Pristyn Care but in vain. I had a 1st round of interview with Azhar and he was impressed. He asked me to talk to Arvind (HR) and he said that thehiring is freeze but I see new posts regarding hiring every now and then on there linkedIn handle. Even contacted other HRs of the company but they dont even reply. I had a very bad experience with the company hiring process. If this continues then nobody will join the company to help you grow but instead they will join to get paid. I was very much interested to join the company but now i don't see that you company culture is intact right now. Develop a sense of empathy and working towards shared goal among the employees. They just hire and fire stating lay offs , they hired people in January and lay off whole team without prior intimation it's an mental harassment for the one's who joined and lost job within a month due to which they are suffering to get a new job too their appraisal effected as well as mental health

Negative work environment. No one is supportive including seniors. Limited lunch (finish within 10-15 min) Powder and high sugar tea and coffee No work life balance (10 hours fixed timings and expects more than that even on holidays.) Charging for vehicle parking

The hustle, the challenges, the variety of people working in. The young and talented pool working towards a common goal Salary on time. Appraisals are okay ish. Provides 1 meal. Lot of cultural diversity so celebrations of a lot of festivals.

The targets are set on a whim. I t could be even more or could be lower too. There has to be explanations for the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations are not ok.
