New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Very headache company I had ever worked , bad target , rude behaviour of managers and team leaders , team members are like hell, always take your credit, 10 hours strict timmings , no job security, anytime they can give you PIP , talktime, weekoff is only for name , talktime and all time meetings at the end of going at home , hell

They just hire and fire stating lay offs , they hired people in January and lay off whole team without prior intimation it's an mental harassment for the one's who joined and lost job within a month due to which they are suffering to get a new job too their appraisal effected as well as mental health

The hustle, the challenges, the variety of people working in. The young and talented pool working towards a common goal Salary on time. Appraisals are okay ish. Provides 1 meal. Lot of cultural diversity so celebrations of a lot of festivals.

Dislikes

The targets are set on a whim. I t could be even more or could be lower too. There has to be explanations for the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations are not ok. I don’t think anyone can like working here if they have no life outside the office or have no self-respect. I started looking for another job even in a month when I joined the Pristyn Care. There is no care for the people or patients.

Dislikes

One of the co-founder is really pathetic. He act like a dictator. He can abuse anyone on the floor, shout or ask to leave anyone. He can change the company policies overnight for their benefits. He is really an insecure person, he asks people to keep their phones outside when he discussed. He wants slave in his company not the live person. Top managements are puppets and do whatever daddy says. They call themselves Pristyn first/Patient first but, for them “MONEY FIRST”. I won’t recommend anyone to join Pristyn Care, if they don’t want to hectic their personal life or impacts heath. That’s all!!!...Read More
