Likes

Initially, there were good things: people were good, and we had free meals and snacks. But these benefits are no longer good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The employees don't have any work-life balance, and even the HR doesn't think about the employees. The work timings are 10 hours, and you will feel pressurized all the time. They focus on achieving the target only but don't focus on providing good quality of care to the patients.
