Good work environment in this company. Team mates,trainer and team leader are supportive and coordinate together. There Is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but Carter growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joininees.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
