-Poor work life balance -excessive pressure -As sales job when numbers are good all appreciates however when it goes down no one provides solutions just criticising employee -Long stretch work hours -No focus on employee health(physical and mental) -Week off are not given if numbers are not met - Poor culture on floor every employs talks about negativity

It was best time to get job so immediately in pristyn care as a care coordinator, salary on time , lunch will be provided, one day off

Very headache company I had ever worked , bad target , rude behaviour of managers and team leaders , team members are like hell, always take your credit, 10 hours strict timmings , no job security, anytime they can give you PIP , talktime, weekoff is only for name , talktime and all time meetings at the end of going at home , hell

Very worst on layoff process, they never evaluate the performance before kicking off employee. Just looking at the salary, if your salary is high staying in company for quit long you are eligible for layoff, what ever you had done good for the company never considered.

There management system and culture of company is worse Don't have manners to talk with employees even every manager is the same, there is no work life balance as working hours is 10hrs , in Tolerable pressure. Typical sales environment.

To much Politics, Colleagues try to steal your credit ,Sometimes you will feel like you are the most stupid person sitting in company , Something you will be the most brilliant, Doesn't matter how good you have delivered a task ,Managers will never appreciate you ,only the older employees.Hrs will make false statement about salary and appraisals.

I don’t think anyone can like working here if they have no life outside the office or have no self-respect. I started looking for another job even in a month when I joined the Pristyn Care. There is no care for the people or patients.

One of the co-founder is really pathetic. He act like a dictator. He can abuse anyone on the floor, shout or ask to leave anyone. He can change the company policies overnight for their benefits. He is really an insecure person, he asks people to keep their phones outside when he discussed. He wants slave in his company not the live person. Top managements are puppets and do whatever daddy says. They call themselves Pristyn first/Patient first but, for them “MONEY FIRST”.
