It's scheme structure for dealers is good, policy are good

The overall all support is very poor, no coordination at middle management level, decision making qualities are very poor ,team management is very poor,lack of leadership, listening is not there. New joining didn't get help from seniors, I have learned everything by my own with the help of, sp staff and market.
