Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I like only designing work.

Dislikes

They never value their employees, never appreciate. They create false proofs against hard working and honest senior employees and take resignation forcefully from senior employees and management trust false proofs blindly. This is worst. New hr manager and asst. Manager of day shift are creating this against employees. They are making value of the company down. No one can take action against them.
