About job security: I got two times medically disembark from the ship. I didn't spend a single rupee from my pocket and that time I really need the money and I got my salary our management is very transparent. We have so many teammates from different countries but i never realise that we are different we always help each other. Our company policies are very good and equal for everyone.

The company is very good theirs upcoming new facilities and latest technology because company now opening medallion facilities on board , also They are very awareness on board safety process. Company travels experience is more recommended and up to date etc. also I like company re hire process .

Duty hours is need to noted because most of galley cooks are working more then 13 to 14 hours it should be Balance
