during this pendamic. my joining was in March 2020 soon after my joining there was a operational pause . and there were limited crew to work and the other crew were terminated from there contract.it was really not fair where some crew who just joined had to leave while some who's contract was about to expire had extended. company should have looked in to the minimum manning.minimum Manning process was so unfair....Read More
