Its a very good company to work with. P&O cruises take care of their employee and guest very well. Safety and well-being is their first priority. Very friendly atmosphere. We are like a family. Even in this pandemic P&O cruises keeps on updating whats going on in the company. Everything is transparent.

Dislikes

To be honest slow hike in pay and slow growth. We are sure that top management in the office will be not aware what’s happening in ship management level. Lots of favouritism in case of promotion. Rest all is fine

In our company P&O Cruises first preference is to safety of crew members. While COVID 19 Lockdown time company looks after very well and it was so possitive enviroment throughout ship that we never get frustrated of anything. Almost all crew members reached home safely which was a promised to us from our company. We really great thank to people who was involve in reparations process.
