There is no job security at all. If your contract is not going to extend. They r not going to tell upto last week. And it will become so frustrating for another job search. After joining I got laptop after 2 months. Which means your DOJ will start from that day.

No professionalism in the organization, team leads are responsible for the closures of the team and the team members will start sourcing by 11am and they will end the work by 5pm and after that they will chit chat untill the time is 7pm. If anyone is not giving closures, that month will be their last month. They will not give a breathing space to understand how things will work in that organization. It's not even worth of joining. 1) Primus Global technology company employees not giving proper response for the IT employees. 2) No any job security here. They will be directly fire the employees without any proper reason. They will not give any proper reason to fire the employees. 3) Primus Global technology company is not provide experience letter for our employees.

This company never care about rhier contract based employees. There's no contribution (benifits/reimbursement and etc) from this Primus Global Technologies. Gratuity, PF, Insurance are detected/inclusive in the CTC. And, no SICK Leave (LOP)
