I don't know about other teams, but in my team the leader and manager were not understanding nor helpful. They had permanent wfh and were offline after having morning call and will come online in the evening just to shout. No proper training is provided they just want you do work by your own. They give you PIP mails and remove you as soon as possible if you don't give onboarding in 1 month also. I was doing job of my TL also which was not my job.
