I had been working as Full time in Primetech Software (more than 3 years). Pros : Security of tenure, Many projects to work with,Upgrade with latest technologies, Best Work life balance, Atmosphere is good. Primetech is known for its services & experience.

Dislikes

Cons : Promotion is happening in 3 months but due to competition emphasize more on Performance & commitment.

Work Culture is exciting as literally no direct delivery pressure on employees.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Its a good company. Teammates are so friendly and co-operative.there is an appraisal happen in every 6 months and incentive also there. For trainer,it is a big platform.Today whatever i gained or archived its totally credit goes to this company .
