Work wise, knowledge wise and learning is very good.

Lot of politics and high level designated person behaves like child taking things very personally and screwing the career of a person because they are very close to VP. This is very bad the way they behave being in a such respectful designation.

Nothing at all, owner'e family members are ruling and they don't have idea how corporate culture works

One word, it's simply pathetic organisation. People getting fired without intimation if they are not liked by owner or owner's family members. Its like a local shop. No culture no policies no HR no hierarchy nothing. They might offer good salary but you know that's not going to help. I have seen AVP, managers, HR AVP, team leads of all departments getting fired in one day. Pls don't join your career will be in trouble...Read More

Work Details

I was working as a Manager Quality, my boss was fired and all the other department people just to reduce the cost without any logic. People who were fired they were all working very hard and was loyal to the organisation

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
