In the covid-19 epidemic Prime focus technology (Bangalore) has not supported us. They cut salary of there employee upto 70 percentage. I joined in this company as a fresher in January-2019 and they had 2 years bond , when I joined at that time I think that 2 years are not more enough , I will learn and time would flew but there is much learning , after completion of 1 year they had not raised our salary neither salary correction had happen and then it started pain ,I didn't get any hike after completion of 1 year , even though it's there policy written in bond paper, then covid-19 came and they got reason so they reduced my salary also , they told that there would not be hike cycle till march-2021, but I had raised my voice in march-2020 and asked with management about this issue they said we will resolved it as early as possible but now October-2020 started we are getting same reply from management , they are not increasing salary because on 7 Nov -2020 we will put resignation paper and we will leave this company we 21 fresher joined but not a single person got hike ,even though they are getting good revenue, daily new clients are joining in this company.
