Prime focus technologies being my first job will always remain special to me. The team was very enthusiastic and the training was really awesome. Everyone in the team is ready to help and push the fellow mates to accomplish greater heights. The work was totally manageable, Tl's and pl's were absolutely reachable. Everyone is collaborated well to remain on the same page. The company is very welcoming and accepting even for the re-hired employees....Read More

Dislikes

The process in which I worked offered a stagnant growth and the appraisals were not that great. Sometimes higher management will put peer pressure to finish the work which might indulge employees to work a few extra hours. Overall experience was great, but if you keen towards career growth and learning more than certainly u will have to move out from PFT

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
