Other than canteen there is nothing good about company. Seniors are putting much pressure on juniors.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No leaves you can take even after emergency. Boss always pressure you for work on holiday as well. My boss was asking me for work during my marriage leaves.

Salary structure of company is a very worst... I am blaming here only a compny management.. I respects my company but management is a poor I am diploma mechanical engineer &I am working here from past 10 yrs. Still i have a only 3.60 LPA salary...& now managent giving same salary for a 1-2 yrs. experience... I don't know how they calculating... Company has no ethics . During corona time company didn't provide our LTA amount . After some days company higher management was busy doing parties and mujra in abroad . Management ka niyaat hi kharab hai .
