When you come to premium falta...it is like Coming to the worst company...no intiative from the management. No yearly increment. No office culture....no work life balance...even you don't get salary on time...if you are planning to leave premium....they will force you to serve

There is nothing to like about this company except you need to puppet for agreeing on everything. They can kick out anyone if they don't like saying performance was not good even after years of experience. Some crazy lunatic manics are there.

Pl do not go there. There is no professional behaviour. HRs are only there for joining and rest live on your own. After resign you become the enemy and they take things very personal.

Work life balance is horrible. No leave system , no planned or unplanned leave. For some dept it is privileged but for some you need to beg for personal leaves.

money is everything in today's life & life has no meaning if you don't get paid well by working. The work is not properly remunerated, pay proper attention to worker's health, there is no work life balance, it is not right to give more salary & position to junior people than senior.

Salary was paid before the month end specially on every 25 of month. Canteen was best. Overtime money is paid many employees salary adding overtime gets more.

Dislikes

Manpower was insufficient for 3 shift between 2 people in cmm lab. Rest all is best people are good and salary is on time.
