For learning it is very good company for gear & gear box. Job security is average. Wok environment is good, it depends which department you are working.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

It is not perfomrming well from last year's because of management what have now. Salary is not as par as compared to other companies. Increment is also less Avery year. Higher management is enjoying on companies money. Increment percentage is 3 min. -10 for good performance.
