Company is good for learning the base of antisera field which contains immunisation of horses, titre testing, plasma collection and its separation, plasma purification by using pepsin digestion, maintaining cold chain for antiserum liquid products.

Dislikes

Management do not value an individual's strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Work Details

Quality Assurance is wide ranging concepts. Document preparation, issuance of documents, retrival of documents, ACTD & CTD dossiers preparations, control sample management, stability program & sample management, HVAC validation, temperature mapping etc.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
