Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have a great respect for this PPL, four cores of value , and they really care for that only in outside a indian working culture. I will never use bad words as this PPL, Hongkong do cares there staff and have motivated sprit Really, sorry for my indian location management, that they are infected by Bias and Grudge deceases . I am no longer with this family but I always remember a golden period I spent with PPL , real management called away from indian location . Just to be a good wisher of this and a ex employee who is terminated from Sous chef post during COVID-19, lockdown without any mutual understanding just on a mail from hyderabad location. I served this company with my full dignity and honesty without any black spot on my caracter too. Totally under pressure , I observed that we are waiting for a complaint or ignorance from our guest , just for that we have dozens of supervisor on the floor to solved these issues in lengthy manners , but no one have time or think above the box.
