where do I begin? My time at Premier Indoplast Pvt. Ltd. was a nightmare. This company lacks any semblance of working culture and created an environment of constant mental harassments. Mr. Shyam Trivedi (Vice President) mentally harasses employees. I urge anyone considering joining this organization to proceed with extreme caution, or better yet, run in the opposite direction. Speaking of mental harassment, it seemed to be an unspoken policy in this company. The constant pressure to perform and meet unrealistic expectations was suffocating. Instead of fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere, the management actively engaged in belittling and demeaning their staff. It was disheartening to witness talented individuals being reduced to mere pawns in Mr. Shyam twisted game. For minor mistake they will fire your without any information and will not clear your dues. In conclusion, if you value your mental health and seek a company that respects its employees and nurtures a positive working environment then stay far away from this company.
