Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Working culture is extremely poor. Shyam Ji's (Vice President) dictatorial management style creates a toxic environment with no job security, leading to arbitrary termination. Office politics and mental harassment are rampant. Shweta (Shyam's Mistress) from marketing, pressures other departments and publicly insults employees on Shyam;s orders. To survive, you must appease both Shyam and Shweta. Otherwise, expect harassment or dismissal. There no fixed working hours with employees sometimes staying for days. where do I begin? My time at Premier Indoplast Pvt. Ltd. was a nightmare. This company lacks any semblance of working culture and created an environment of constant mental harassments. Mr. Shyam Trivedi (Vice President) mentally harasses employees. I urge anyone considering joining this organization to proceed with extreme caution, or better yet, run in the opposite direction. Speaking of mental harassment, it seemed to be an unspoken policy in this company. The constant pressure to perform and meet unrealistic expectations was suffocating. Instead of fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere, the management actively engaged in belittling and demeaning their staff. It was disheartening to witness talented individuals being reduced to mere pawns in Mr. Shyam twisted game. For minor mistake they will fire your without any information and will not clear your dues. In conclusion, if you value your mental health and seek a company that respects its employees and nurtures a positive working environment then stay far away from this company.
